Shipping Method & Delivery Timing

W&W Ventures, LLC will deliver products, after the manufacture of said products, via Ground shipping, including but not limited to:

W&W Ventures generally processes and ships orders within 3-5 days.

Items are only shipped Monday-Friday, except on holidays

Expedited shipping is available

If the customer requests expedited shipping, W&W Ventures will make every effort to ship within 1 day of the completed order.

W&W Ventures utilizes FedEx and UPS for expedited shipping and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by FedEx or UPS.

Expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All Duties, taxes, and fees will be paid by the customer to whom products are shipped. Most products are shipped within 5 business days, although some larger product orders are manufactured upon purchase and may exceed said time.

RETURN POLICY

Any/all returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be negotiated and given a return number, by phone, at 1-870-882-2182 or 1-502-525-8223 PRIOR to returning.

Returns or replacement will be negotiated for products deemed to warrant return or replacement by W&W Ventures, LLC. We will be glad to receive your calls to discuss any W&W Ventures, LLC product which may be damaged or defective upon delivery to the customer. Products which are returned without contacting W&W Ventures, LLC before returning will not be refunded or replaced.

W&W Ventures, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% and may charge an additional fee for products which are damaged by an installation or any other handling or abuse. W&W Ventures, LLC may at its own discretion, replace a product, free of charge if we feel there is any problem with a product, such as wrong product, wrong color, or damaged in shipping, which would warrant such a free replacement.
